Kiokinyu tells the every day life of a boy generically named, Red.  Red has a older sister named Kyoko who one day drops the bomb on him...by introducing a relative of theirs to him by the name, Loli.  Not only did this happen to him out of the blue...but during the exact week of Kiokinyu Academy's opening ceremony.  Now Red must attend Kiokinyu Academy yes with his friends, Brown, Pink, etc...but also with his mysterious relative Loli who is a girl that just doesn't like him what-so-ever.  On top of that...he has to deal with trouble makers in the school who just can't resist being bad on campus.  Then there's the priciple Kiokinyu, who is rarely ever seen by any of the students but somehow keeps the entire school respecting her like a god.  There's the staff who all seem to be the most normal people at the Academy & with that...we now have a cast of colorful characters with all kinds of personas & problems all under one roof for no known reason except your entertainment.
